EngageRocket is Asia’s first VC-backed employee feedback and analytics software company. We help organisations build better workplaces through people analytics—transforming employee feedback across the lifecycle into insights that drive retention, performance, and organisational outcomes.
As we scale our platform and customer footprint, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to play a key role in translating product direction into clear, executable outcomes. This role is highly execution-oriented and involves working directly with customers to understand their needs, shape requirements, and ensure solutions are practical, valuable, and deliverable.
You will work closely with Product leadership, Engineering, People Science, and customer-facing teams to turn product intent and customer inputs into well-defined solutions—while maintaining a strong grasp of delivery constraints and execution risk.
What You’ll Do
Customer-facing discovery & requirements shaping
Engage directly with customers to understand their goals, constraints, and pain points
Facilitate discussions to clarify, refine, and challenge requirements—moving from “what they ask for” to “what they actually need”
Translate customer inputs into clear problem statements, scopes, and success criteria
Partner with Customer Success and Sales to ensure alignment on expectations and outcomes
Translate direction into execution
Take product direction and priorities and convert them into well-scoped, executable plans
Break complex initiatives into achievable milestones with clear ownership and sequencing
Ensure teams have the clarity needed to execute effectively
Execution ownership
Own end-to-end delivery of assigned product areas, from discovery through release and iteration
Drive backlog quality, requirement clarity, and prioritisation
Resolve ambiguity and keep initiatives moving forward
Delivery risk awareness
Work closely with Engineering to assess feasibility, complexity, and delivery risk
Sense early when scope, timelines, or technical constraints may jeopardise delivery
Surface risks and trade-offs clearly and early to avoid downstream surprises
Cross-functional collaboration
Act as a connective layer across Engineering, People Science, Design, Sales, and Customer Success
Communicate progress, changes, and constraints clearly to both internal teams and customers
Maintain shared understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Quality & detail
Maintain a high bar for product quality, data correctness, and real-world usability
Pay close attention to edge cases, dependencies, and downstream impact
Support testing, validation, and release readiness
What We’re Looking For
Experience
5+ years of experience in product management or product delivery roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to define and refine product requirements
Proven track record of owning complex, cross-functional delivery
Strong delivery & customer judgment
Comfortable leading customer conversations and pushing for clarity
Able to balance customer needs with product constraints and delivery reality
Willing to question assumptions, scope, and timelines constructively
Clarity & structure
Strong at turning ambiguous inputs into concrete, buildable requirements
Brings structure to complexity without over-engineering
Detail-oriented while keeping outcomes front and centre
Collaboration & communication
Clear, confident communicator with customers and internal teams

Nice to have
Experience working on data-heavy, logic-driven, or analytics products
Familiarity with technical concepts such as data models, APIs, or pipelines
Prior exposure to enterprise or mid-market customers
