About the role
EngageRocket is looking for an exceptional Senior Sales Executive to join us in our mission. In the role, you will conduct thoughtful and ongoing discovery with prospects (ranging from SMEs to large enterprises), bespoke demos, build strong and diverse customer relationships, and design solutions around our product suite to drive value creation.
Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities by various outbound methods and following up on marketing campaigns, events and inbound inquiries.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close
- Gain an understanding of the prospective customer's pain points and design solutions around EngageRocket's products
- Collaborate with Customer Success to support and set expectations for customers
- Identify and establish new partnerships as avenues of sales growth while maintaining relationships with existing partners
- Represent EngageRocket as a thought leader in the field through speaking engagements or content pieces
The ideal candidate should have
- Proven track record of success in a closing sales role (ideally within the HR field &/or SaaS)
- Experience selling solutions to C-suite across industries
- Experience forecasting and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Experience and drive to build pipeline by sourcing your opportunities
- Experience selling to Enterprise sized organizations (10,000+ employees)
- 5+ years of sales experience
