We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to close, including hunting new leads, qualifying leads, and closing leads
- Develop and design proposals that meets requirements with the knowledge on how to price appropriately
- Work with marketing team to generate new opportunities by various outbound methods and to follow up on marketing campaigns, events, and inbound inquiries
- Work with prospective clients to understand their pain points and design solutions around EngageRocket's solutions
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to support and set expectations for customers to ensure delivery success
- Represent EngageRocket as a thought leader in the field through speaking engagements or content pieces
- Establish new channel partnerships as an alternative avenue of lead source, while managing performances with existing channel partners
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a sales role (ideally within the HR field &/or SaaS)
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, and conduct technical product demos
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, leading or building a sales team
- Demonstrable experience forecasting and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Demonstrable experience selling to Enterprise sized organizations (10,000+ employees)
