EngageRocket is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager (SEA) to develop marketing strategy and drive growth. What You’ll Do:
Strategic SEA Marketing Development:
- Adapt and develop in-country specific marketing strategies for the SEA region, ensuring alignment with global marketing and growth strategies.
- Suggest and develop regional tactics to generate new Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and nurture existing pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success team to leverage CRM data for targeted marketing campaigns.
Event and Campaign Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, production, and execution of events and marketing campaigns.
Channel Marketing:
- Design and execute joint marketing strategies with partners to maximize the reach and impact of our marketing initiatives.
Asset Production and Distribution:
- Craft and refine a variety of marketing materials, including blogs, white papers, videos, infographics, and sales presentations.
- Ensure effective distribution strategies to reach and engage the target audience across various channels (existing and new).
Website Management:
- Maintain and develop the corporate website on Hubspot CMS to ensure it reflects the latest offerings and engages our target audience effectively.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Forge collaborative partnerships with sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Guarantee the optimization of the pipeline through proactive communication and coordination with the sales team.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in a b2b marketing role/ proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the SEA region.
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing strategies and previous exposure to the marketing mix, associated channels, CRM/CMS [Hubspot], analytics, SEM/SEO.
- Experience working with Canva to help create brand visuals
- Having a startup mindset and not being scared of pivoting
- Strategic thinking
- Organized: project management skills / prioritisation skills.
- Must be able to work cross-functionally
- Interest in HR is a plus
- This is a remote/hybrid role based in Singapore.
