Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns within Hubspot CRM, as well as a strong understanding of key marketing metrics and experience in hosting virtual events. This individual should be passionate about digital marketing, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns using Hubspot CRM to drive lead generation, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and product managers, to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
- Optimize campaigns by analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain the company's marketing automation platform (Hubspot CRM), ensuring data integrity, segmentation, and campaign execution best practices are followed.
- Design and implement lead nurturing strategies, leveraging Hubspot CRM to create targeted and personalized communications.
- Manage the end-to-end marketing funnel, from setting up measurements to optimization, ensuring a seamless customer journey and maximized ROI.
- Plan, promote, and host virtual events independently, driving brand awareness and lead generation.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and provide guidance to the marketing team on their implementation.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, as well as oversee freelancers' operations, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Hubspot CRM management and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics, including conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
- Experience hosting and promoting virtual events using various platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools.
- Hubspot CRM certification is a plus.
