EngageRocket is hiring a Sales Development Representative to work closely with the Sales Team on sales strategies and execution.

- Identify prospects within defined customer profiles through multiple sources and research of accounts /leads
- Identify pain points, problem statements and create interest in product offerings
- Orchestrate ABM campaigns. Nurture and qualify leads generated.
- Work with C-level prospects to assess their needs and qualify potential business customers
- Lead Generation, cold calling, B2B sales
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, partners in creating joint targeting plans
- Work closely with CEO and AE to share ideas and new business development strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual targets
- Provide clear reporting to the management on activities and pipelines.
- Measurable track record in achievement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially over email and phone
- Strong relationship building skills
- Prior experience with startups/International markets (Good to have)
- 2-5 years experience in software business development
- Knowledge about communication channels
- Self-starter with a high degree of persistence
- Passionate about helping build better workplaces using data
- Strong understanding of SaaS Sales
- Knowledge and experience with various CRM’s /Sales prospecting tools
