EngageRocket is hiring a Sales Development Representative to work closely with the Sales Team on sales strategies and execution.

Job Description:

High performers will stand a chance for rapid career progress within our fast-growing company. You will be working very closely with an AE for the following responsibilities:


 

  • Identify prospects within defined customer profiles through multiple sources and research of accounts /leads
  • Identify pain points, problem statements and create interest in product offerings
  • Orchestrate ABM campaigns. Nurture and qualify leads generated.
  • Work with C-level prospects to assess their needs and qualify potential business customers
  • Lead Generation, cold calling, B2B sales
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, partners in creating joint targeting plans
  • Work closely with CEO and AE  to share ideas and new business development strategies
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual targets
  • Provide clear reporting to the management on activities and pipelines.


 

Requirements:

  • Measurable track record in achievement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially over email and phone
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Prior experience with startups/International markets (Good to have) 
  • 2-5 years experience in software business development
  • Knowledge about communication channels
  • Self-starter with a high degree of persistence
  • Passionate about helping build better workplaces using data
  • Strong understanding of SaaS Sales
  • Knowledge and experience with various CRM’s /Sales prospecting tools
