EngageRocket Product Manager
You will create well-loved products by understanding market needs and the product vision as well as listening to existing customers while balancing technical and sales requirements. You will work with the founders for the following responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision - Sets vision for a product team, challenge the status quo and inspires people toward a unified destination. You will own the product roadmap and prioritizes building what matters most to achieve the strategic goals of EngageRocket.
- Product Feature prioritization - You will manage the prioritization of features and the product roadmap through a data driven approach continually. You will ensure well-crafted product features are shipped at a timely pace and manage the backlog of product features of every sprint.
- Product Documentation - You will write user stories, product feature requirements and acceptance criteria as well as technical limitations if any.
- New Feature Solution Ideation - You will lead the creative process of product innovation. You will put in place a process for customer feedback, work closely with various stakeholders (sales, customer success and founders) to gather, assess and define needs and requirements for new product features based on overall vision of EngageRocket.
- Product Competitive Benchmarking - You will scout in the market for competing products and ensure that EngageRocket offerings (present or future) will out-compete its peers in the market.
- Quality Assurance - You will conduct user acceptance tests for the released features and overall product to ensure consistency of quality on the technical output. You will design and track product usage metrics.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS/HR, or the aptitude to learn it quickly and independently
- Strong data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
- Meticulous and organised in execution
- Strong user empathy
- Strong understanding in UX/product design
- Demonstrated track record of product leadership and the ability to lead and influence teams
- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
