The Opportunity at EngageRocket

The People Science Intern will partner with customer success and people science team in developing content in the field of employee engagement, organisational behaviour and development. You will deep dive into data and research to translate relevant insights into consumable content for our customers and our marketing team.

You are an excellent communicator with a passion for making an impact. You are comfortable with research, writing and create content on powerpoint.

Technical aptitude and/or ability to learn new technology concepts quickly

Strong oral and written communication skills

Keen interest in organisational behaviour and development
